What is RESA?

DC Redesign is a member of the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA) which was formed to provide support to all professional real estate stagers regardless of their designation or certification. RESA is the source of education and focus’ on home stagers’ needs providing business tools helping to smooth the daily routines of the home staging business. RESA members will also have access to the material and service provider partners and access to information relative to the changing industry of Home Staging.

RESA members are able to form local Chapters to provide support and a group to meet one-on-one and share ideas, discuss changes in the home staging industry and ways to educate homeowners and realtors, as well as the entire Real Estate Industry, the benefits of home staging.

DC Redesign and Diane Concialdi is the Chapter President of the Orange County Chapter for RESA. I would like to invite anyone who is interested in joining for the support of each other to share and learn more through others’ experiences about home staging. Please contact Diane!

Mission: We are a united network of professional stagers and our goal is: to be the source of education and business tools focused on the needs of stagers: to be an accessible network of support for all home stagers; to be looked upon by Real Estate organizations as the authority on staging; to form needed local chapters to provide support for stagers; to actively promote and educate Realtors, Homeowners and the general public the value of staging; and to ensure staging becomes main stream within the Real Estate Industry.

RESA members are professionals that are dedicated to providing excellent service. Our membership is full of diverse backgrounds, training and affiliations. We feel our diversity makes us stronger as a group providing solid service to our clients. We will provide honest feedback on what needs to be done to properly prepare a home for sale, taking into account the sometimes sensitive nature of our business.
