I had the opportunity to work with the investor who used his crew to renovate this property in Yorba Linda, CA. I am proud to be part of his crew for the home staging part; we work well together, he is very laid back but precise and trusts me for the design and the price he pays. I have all the accessories and working on building up my inventory of furniture. It’s always the same rooms to stage; Kitchen, Dining, Living rooms and baths.

This home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with large rooms. The hall bath, and walk-in closest in the master was added during the reno, and a cedar fence and front stairs added to the exterior. The backyard has ample space for pets, parties and just hangin’ out.

The home is located in a neighborhood with horses, and lots of trees and beautiful streets.  This photo was taken during the reno mess which is the dining room looking out into the back patio.

Same Dining Room below after home staging.  I’ll include cleaning in my staging for an extra charge to my customer just because I’m a real detail and clean nut, and it’s one less step you have to worry about.  However, I don’t do windows which is a very, very important part of staging.

You can see part of the living area which was so big you could have fit a large sectional and 2 chairs in this area. There’s another photo below.
