Living Room / Dining After Conceptual DesignKitchen after Conceptual DesignPatio after Conceptual Design

Conceptual Design is taking your photo of a room with nothing in it and adding images to show what furniture and design can do to the room, and appears it is staged.  This is a great way to display what a room could look like if furnished and accessorized correctly. Also it is a quick way to get your photos published on your website OR we can include 8″x 10″s prints for you to display in each room of the home. Prices range from $60 to $125 depending on the complexity of the room. Vacant photos are the best to work with.

The above before and after photos are taken from a $1.3 million home that was staged and sold in 38 days when prior attempts to sell for months without staging, there were no offers (except ridiculously low ones) and really no interest.

This was a different staging job. The owners painted the house AFTER the staging contract was up. This home was across the street from the Ocean and selling for $1.2 million, 2 bedrooms, office downstairs, elevator to get up to the second story and beautiful ocean views!

Habitat for Humanity – through Furnishing Hope Foundation design where all of the furnishings and accessories were donated along with the Designer’s time. DC Redesign and Diane Concialdi was lead designer for the San Juan Capistrano CA Project in December 2009.  We had a crew of 4 designers and presented the home to a family of Mom and 3 daughters.  It was a fun project but a lot of work.  Very fulfilling and it was a very emotional experience for all to see the happiness upon the family receiving their home.
